Hello David Leroy here and I'm a real estate investor in the SC area, I also find and locate properties for other buyers/seller throughout the United States. I'm new and if you could assist me with the proper paper work(contracts) that investors use to bring to the table(closing) I would greatly appreciate it, I'm just trying to be safe and not get sued.
