Thanks for the encouragement. I just got off the phone with a potential buyer who is going to make offers on my properties. Fingers and toes are crossed! Oh, also cannot forget to bring the man upstairs in on the deals.

Got anything in the works? Just sold out first flip today and bought our next one 2 weeks ago. A total gut rehab for the new one.
I need some land to put a house on, CHEAP! It has to be West of I77, exit 25(Highway 73/Sam Furr Rd), down Beatties Ford Road area. I want to move a house to it so more then likely it can't be in a community. Interested in helping out? I also sent this to Curtis, he found me the new flip. Hope all is well!
