I live in Arlington (Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex), Texas, after an adult life in Kenya, Cyprus, South Africa, with 4 years in Richmond, Virginia and periodic time in Arkansas and Texas. I moved to DFW in January 2009. Friends call me Obiwan or OBJ. As a musician I am the Blues Wailer, or Mr Saxophone.

I work in Real Estate restoration and provision of homes through creative methods to assist buyers who have trouble qualifying for tight conventional loans. I have learned the strategies of buying Subject to the existing mortgage, and using wrap notes to sell with Owner Financing.

I can help people find solutions if they can't sell their houses, or are having trouble paying their mortgage.
