OfflineTrying to get back into Real Estate investing again. Owned many rental properties in the late 70's and early 80's. Made great money from them before 1986 when the tax laws changed.
Trying to reconnect and invest now that I have been forced into early retirement from my construction business. Health issues, better now. Have lots of knowledge have done 15 deals: rehabs mostly and some flips around 2000.
Now I'm in remote location of about 350 full time folks. Here because my 86 year old Mother is in need of help with her small ranch. Need help learning how to do this thru a computer and phone. Anybody want to offer some help?
Also, could use money partners( like a lot of folks today). Just need a good hit or home run to get the momentum back, so far after a year no offers excepted. Been doing REO's. maybe not enough offers placed out there, but not sure if they even got to the asset bankers. Need to make a lot of money NOW. Real Estate has always made me great chunks of cash. Not sure why I lost site or focus of this business and concentrated on the remodeling business. Probably because it was easier for me and I earned instant money or so.
I Need Sound Advice
If I have someone who is just wanting me to help them find a place to rent, what forms will I use and how do I get paid? I am a new student as of last week and have not yet received my books I ordered. Do you have any advice?
Also! what forms do I use when it come to those who are willing to rent to own and how does this process work? I am willing to share some of the profits if you like.
