We live about 5 minutes from Disney, at the I-4 and Hwy. 27 junction. I haven't started my buyers list yet. Only because we haven't gotten that far into the courses. I think we are almost there though.
By your area code it looks like you're in Tampa area?
We're not greedy either. lol
We are new to this and have been looking at property in Clermont, Ocala, and Orlando areas. Kissimmee has a lot of property that has been foreclosed or in short sale. We can't touch those personally. But, my gosh, houses in kissimmee going for $45k to $69k!!!! I wish we could buy these with cash, they would be great rental properties, in my opinion.
Found a house yesterday for $22,000. A 3br, 2ba home with needed repairs. Dang it, still can't touch it.
Anyway, we're still learning the ropes about assignments and such. Not sure if I understand that fully either. But we'll get there.

Thanks Paula for joining my team. Just wanted to know if from Orlando what part? ZIP CODE? I'm really trying to get peoples from Orlando who are interested in joining hand and making it happen.
