Hey Phyllis, I purchased Dean's books back in March.
I am still absorbing the info on this site, & other similar sites.
I have attempted to contact one other Canadian on this site, but no feedback from them.
I'd like to also hear from successful Canucks using Dean's methods & how they are progressing in this market.

I'm new to this forum. My husband and I joined Dean's course at the beginning of January. We are from Kingston, Ontario. The market here is a seller's market and anything that goes up for sale that might be considered a deal turns into a bidding war and the price skyrockets. We've stuck to our guns and not gone for a deal if it doesn't fit the system.

We are finding alot of American content and so we went off looking to see what Canadian content was out there.

I would very much like to communicate with another Canadian that started this program 1 year to 6 months ago to see how they are progressing.
