I recently received Dean's latest book. I read the intro and the first few pages and it is exciting. I just want to dive head first. I am going to follow the steps and start wholesaling and I am hoping to tap into some support along the way. Hearing Matt Larson's story is motivation enough. I work in a similar industry that he did so I can relate. I now realize that I do not want to be a machinery mechanic for the rest of my working career. The kicker is, I flipped some houses in the past, but I did not have any direction to continue the trend. With the DG system I plan on changing my occupation and lifestyle. I have also vowed to have a positive attitude.
