I've locked up a deal in contract for a property at $63,500. I am Scheduled to close on the property April, 28th 2013. I have 25% of the purchase price plus all rehab & closing costs. I am looking for the remaining 75% or $47,625 from either HM lender or Private money. If someone could PLEASE help me out and give me a recommendation so I can make this deal happen that would be great!
