Hi,
My name is Maureen. I am very new to real estate. My mother had a realty company when I was a kid. She got sick and I managed her property for a while. I was 15. Later , my sister got me a house for $900 when I was 18. My husband was involved in real estate for a while also. I really enjoyed it by then but he did not. I have always wanted to be a real estate investor. Now I get to do it for me. So I am going to consider me a newbie.

Right now I am looking for people/companies with commercial projects that need funding but I am interested in birdogging; mainly for commercial property but I am open to residential. If there are any commercial buyers out there that need money to fund their project, please connect with me.

Any one with advice for bird dogging well I'm all ears for that too!

Of course I am always looking for funding but that is not the reason I am writing you. After reading your introduction I thought about my son. He works for a well known commercial real estate company here in Phoenix. His expertise is commercial appartments usually over 100 units.
