I made the decision that it was time to figure out a way to get my 'wants' & 'don't wants' (I want to spend more time with my family and doing what I want, and I don't want to work a 9-5 job only to retire poor). I started reading various materials to increase my financial IQ which helped me to change the way I think - to start taking action! I saw Dean on TV early one Sunday morning and after 5 mins or so, decided to take action and ordered the BARM book. And now, here I am!
about the investment group for beginners?
what's up and can you share more about you idea with the group. I am a beginner with no deal done.
I rehabbed 12 properties last year for the banks but now I want to buy and flip my own properties. I have 7 years as a realtor but have let my license go.
