I watch half a dozen or so people giving advice on real estate. I really believe that nobody has All the information. I have to say, though, that I read DG.com almost religiously. To me, you and your DG community just care about helping everyone succeed.
I have been on the website for a long time, but have not really done anything yet. I have collected a list of about 300 cash buyers in my area. I want to send a letter to them in the hopes of wholesaling some properties. Is there any template of what I should include in this letter?

Just this morning, in my local paper, new home sales are up. not by much, but still up. I really don't want to be on the sidelines in a year from now saying woulda, coulda, shoulda. Got to make it happen NOW!!!
