Hello Dean Grazioso...

I do believe in your methods....I may have a GREAT success story or testimony that could help many others...
I am in a nightmare part of my life right now and do want to get out of it, I am in construction my entire life, (a good at it) but tired of the headaches there I am a Full Custody single father of 3, I have been raising my kids for 9 years with no help from no-one and that has taken a major toll on us, It has put me in the BLOOD RED ZONE and it hard to get out of, I LOVE Real Estate but cannot get ahead with no money I cannot cover my bills I have sold my house through my divorce, and with all the debt around me, I cannot make enough money to buy "BAGELS" ( kidding) but I am in a rut and for years now I cannot get ahead, I want to own 100-1000 rental properties for my kids future I want to close 15-20 transactions a month, I can do it but again I cannot get ahead of it I cannot make enouuigh money to pay bills and keep a roof over our heads and foods on the table plus spend time in Real Estate.......I have been trying and getting nowhere for the past 3 years, I have read alot of these books been to seminars, and get loads of lists..........I AM ALONE IN THIS, so there is no-one that gives me money, no-one that can assist me in any way, no-one to pay my bills, no-one to run my construction business...So LET ME KNOW Dean what I can do to generate MY DREAM and bo FINANCIALLY FREE, have no more Financial Stress, Bills that are paid, Credit that can be GREAT, MORE FAMILY TIME, MORE FAMILY VACATIONS...........And........Time to teach others to be where they can be from nothing....PLEASE...
I need to be in this REAL ESTATE MARKET and NOW!!!.Not tomorrow......How can you help me Dean?, How????

Yes Dean I would do so, But as to the many many
other Gurus I have had the chance to collaborate with
I have got nowhere and much time wasted also much
losses, all I would love to do is BUILD for my family
a TREMENDOUS Real Estate Portfolio for them, I
cannot seem to get to the right team, I have been set
back behind the 8 ball and trying to get ahead and connot
seem to even get a first property started, I am trying to get
started with a handy man special in or around me and its tough
I have even suggested to my family to move to another state
to see if we can start there all I want is one to start, fix up and sell
then move on to NON STOP investing and building my Real Estate
portfolio from there, Just cannot get a break in the past 5 years
all dead ends and BANKS will not help......

Dean We ask of you.....

What can we do? Please advise sir......We are at wits end
