Since attending Dean's live course I've felt that this is exactly what I needed in my life. I have worked in the corporate world for 33 years, hated it, and finally made the decision to get out. I was fortunate enough to receive a pension which I converted to a self direct IRA and invested in a business. The business is doing OK but its not enough. I started using some of the funds to invest in real estate. I have purchased 9 tax liens, and just recently won a bid at an auction for a property in Florida. I feel I'm doing all the right things but have not seen any profits just yet. I have been aggressive but I'm concerned that the funds will run out. I would love, and even be prepared to pay a fee to a mentor that can give some direction with my investments.
