I am a cash buyer investor in the Cleveland, OH area, but I have properties in other states other than Ohio: Georgia, Missouri, Indiana, & Florida. I buy & hold, flip, fix & flip, retail flip, & other financing options. We are interested in properties ALL-Around the United Sates. We specialize in distressed properties, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, single-family, duplex, multiplex, & mobile homes.
I went to my first seminar of Dean's education a couple of years ago. Ever since, my love of Real Estate has transcended beyond my own thinking. Balancing Real Estate, my college education & my personal life has been a challenge. But at a young age, it's a good problem to have a lot going on. Especially the education & knowledge I have gained from Dean. Dean has been a great motivator & I am thankful that I went to that seminar, back in my Freshman year of college.
