I travel a lot with my job which takes valuable time away from family. While I enjoy what I do, I know that to be where I want to be emotionally and financially that I need to focus on real estate.
I've gone through real estate salesperson school, read a lot of other books and purchased some "real estate investing coaching courses" but after reading just one of Dean's books, it just gave me a new perceptive on real estate investing.
My family was uprooted from our home after Hurricane Katrina. Atlanta was our new start. That's when I got my real estate license. I'm committing to real estate investing this year. I own one property in Mississippi that I purchased in 2004. My goal is to own 4 properties in Georgia by the end of this year.
Maybe we'll cross paths again. Next time, hopefully it's on a killer deal!
