Hi my name is Jarrad and I was just wondering if you were interested in buying any homes in the Savannah Ga area.

I am constantly finding properties at 35-65% of FMV and they are usually located close to or in areas where students from the several local collages are interested in staying, and on top of that there is a military base here as well, so there is an endless supply of tenants.
