Looking for investment properties in SW Florida
Looking to buy/flip/rent in Ft. Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples, Florida. Only want properties that are move in or simple clean ups. No major repairs as we live in Canada. Properties must carry themselves and will sell them if after all expenses paid there is a profit of at least $10,000.
