Hi everyone my name is Tajuana I'm a rookie, I joined the Succes Adcademy two months ago, I also purchase Dean's new book and I love it so far. I am so new that it's really scary. I want to share something with you all...
I was searching around for a Title company here in NYC and I ran across on that had a Real Estate Lawyer as well. I ask them all the questions that was needed. The Lawyer got on the phone and said yes they do Assignment on Contract and she can explain to me how they handle the paperwork and walk me through the process. When I arrived at the office this Lawyer told me FLAT OUT!!!! YOU CAN'T FIND MOTIVATED SELLER because you are not a Broker or a Real Estate Agent... NYC don't do this and you are wasting your time...
you can't put nothing on contract because you are not License...
My mouth dropped!!!!
I was so hurt I started to cry...
but I got home and called my coach team and they up lifted my spirts...
they said climb over that block and keep on going do not let no one discourge you... YES IT CAN AND WILL BE DONE. they also said get online with Dean's great people and ask them can they help with any recomendations..
So here I am family PLEASE ANY FROM NYC CAN YOU HELP!!!! Title Company and Real Estate Lawyer too....Thank you....
