Dean - Once again you stir my blood and passion. I fell like I can conquer any obstacle when I hear you speak. But then I get caught up in the details and doubts that I missed something in a deal that would cost me money rather than make me money. I need a "shadow" to look over my shoulder and give me the confidence that what I am proposing to do is better than no doing anything and that glitches can be resolved. I know that confidence will come with a few deals closings and checks clearing the bank. Then I will know that I can do it, I have the skill and resources to prevail and can start to obsess more over how my family and I will enjoy our newly minted financial security. I have enjoyed several of your books (and should re-re-read them). I would like a copy of your new one offered from this video. Thanks for all you do. I would truly like to earn the status of being one of your top students.
