Lists of Buyers and Sellers?
I just bought Dean's "30 Days to R E Cash" and I'm only on page 23 so this question might get answered later but...I went to a "seminar" yesterday that was really a plug for a $7495 3-day boot camp. Ideas similar to Dean's but he kept stressing he had lists of cash buyers and distressed owners not in foreclosure. He'd love for us to use them but we had to come up with the $7495 first. Does Dean have similar lists or does anyone know someone who does? And are they less than $7495? HELP!!
