I bought my first home, which was a foreclosure, 4 years ago. I had a great realtor who worked hard at finding me a great deal. I made $10,000 at closing! I've fixed up the place over the years, with still more to do. But, with the economic slowdown, money is tight for everyone and now looks like the time to buy again. I just finished Deans book, "Be A Real Estate Millionaire." Wow! Good read. Full of great strategies I never heard of. I'm looking forward to reading "Profit From Real Estate Right Now," this weekend.
