How to purchase house in bankruptcies
Hi Everyone,
This is my first post. I am truly excited about getting started in real estate investing. I live in PSL Florida (lots of foreclosures and the like). I have been researching houses in bankruptcy, has anyone had any experience in purchasing these type properties. Please share how you went about it. By the way I am on the last chapter of Dean's "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" book. What an inspiring and enlightening read, highly recommended. I am pumped. Thanks ahead of time for those who respond to this post.
