I am 36 years old and i work in in the oil business. however i am an hourly employee so although the money is fair i can not live the way i want to. i am looking for successs in real estate. i have seen many different offers from real estate guru's but as funny (personally) to me as it is Dean has the most interactive and knowledgable program i have seen thus far. honestly i have given much of my time to others with the real estate dream and very little to Deans program simply because they have all seemed worth the time and money and have not bee. However i have to say that every time i log in to this site i am inspired and want to become more for myself and my family. i started in real estate at a young age, 19 to be exact when i bought my first house. i paid 20K and sold it for 67K in only two years. i then bought my second home home for 89K and sold it four years later with in 3 days for the full asking price of 110K. however i followed my gut by asking 110K because my realtor said i should start at 97K and work my way down from there if i did not want to hang on to the house for a long time. after that i bought the house i am currently living in. i financed 225K and i have been scratching to survive ever since. i dont know how to start in this business without any of my own money. For my family and i, we dont have a daily life, we have a daily struggle to survive. i am looking for inspiration and the "Golden Rules of the Real Estate Game". Dean, I have often wondered if you are for real, please be. Well that is my summary. I started with a very promising future and now i am have fallen into the rat race of life.
