I'm a 49-year-old professional with the desire and drive to improve my life through the power of real estate. I want to provide for my family and help people find solutions. I'm semi-retired, and am very excited about the thins I've read in Dean's book "Right Now." I intend to read "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" as soon as it arrives. I have a wife and two children, 13 and 11, who mean the world to me. As for REI experience, I have almost none. I inherited my brother's house in the LA area last year, am in the process of trying to sell it, and intend to use some of the proceeds to fund my efforts. I have a lot to learn but I'm smart and motivated and I will succeed.
