Hello! I have had a big interest to invest in real estate for some time. I guess the normal being afraid to make a bad decision and lack of money on my part has always held me back. Since I started reading "right now" I feel a little more confident and want to just move forward. I am currently in the Air Force and also a Realtor. When I retire from the service in 2014, it would be nice to be comfortable and provide security for my family. Oh, and if I don’t have to find a regular job that would be great too! I do not regularly do "Realtor stuff" due to my full-time work but I assist people when the opportunity comes up. I know some real estate agents are not very helpful to people like us with dreams, but I am not like that! When I help folks look for a property, I feel like I'm "working" for them. We look at homes where they want and submit offers at prices they want. It's not about me! Don’t get me wrong, I love money, but I would rather help people and make a $1K than screw someone over to make more money. I believe doing the right thing will come back to me with greater rewards. So if anyone needs some assistance in the Vegas area let me know. I hope everyone's real estate endeavor's will be fulfilled.
