I amazed! I contacted a realtor I have used before, and she is so clued in - it's scary, she is sending listings to my new email dollars4houses@**** She is even talking of getting a reahabber contact.

So I better get started on the buyers list right away!!

Ihave been unemployed all year, but expecting an offer next week.
I am currently renting a townhouse at $3000 per month!- all my savings gone on this!
My thoughts are to either wholesale multi-family or single family
OR is it feasible to buy and holsd a multifamily, and move into one of the units - I would have to break my lease
