Got help from future power team member. Hi DANNY!!! Been telling him about this site and how complete dg.com is. Was surprised to see him go right to my blog.

This kid is awesome. Trying to squeeze as much as I can into his head because he is on his way to Boca, South Florida!!!! Boca is fancy, and along with the rest of S. Florida took a hit. Which is not surprising. I remember seeing prices in the huge Miami high rises sky rocket just to get people to want in. At $500k empty, $ 2 mil on waiting list demand so high.

If I were to bid on property I would make sure it was reduced at the $500k price. I would love a place out there. And having such a strong connection in a place I already love will at worst give me someone to visit when I'm in town.

Danny also gave me a name of a property manager I need to interview.

I sent out a listing of low end properties in my area. I described myself as a full service investor. I want the buyers to have access to the many free services I can offer them through the people I network with. I believe there is great value in what I can offer them. Thinking of best way to present information.
