On the phone with my upline to a coffee venture that I am involved in. I have been devoting so much time to real estate and see the possibilities so much more that I no longer push coffee.
One agent can take a short sale property we were very interested in and knock 30k off and stop the short sale. Huge.
Another agent is a giant in this area and wants to work with us.
The final agent is a finance wiz. Super energy. And can compute alot of the financial info.
