Day 1 of "Make 7 offers Week"

So I didn't make any offers today. But it was still a success because I spent some time in my friend/realtor's office, putting together a list of possible properties to pursue in my area! It seems like a great list, plus, he informs me that he has a property under contract that he is going to let go because he can't build on it. That is, unless one of my "investment club friends" might want it... Umm, yes please! So I have the info on the property, and after reviewing it, I have some questions to ask my friend/realtor about it (he knows a lot about it at this point...). I also have my first investor to call(and 3+ others if the first passes) after finding out what I need to know. That is why I still consider today a success. Tomorrow I will wake up early, ready to make some phone calls and allow whatever is ready to happen, happen. Until tomorrow evening!
