I've been reading so many diffrent blogs on the Forums. I am learning alot. Stanley and I decided yo but One of Deans books today.
The millionare one. I hope it helps Stanley and myself to start toward our first offer.

I did read the Real Estate Millionair Book, finished the the 30 days book. And on a whole new journey!! We decidrd to join Dean's Success Academy Team! so I know god will be guide us threw this new adventure that we decided to take and indure.

thanks for reminding us how easy it is to get caught up in family drama. Specially during the holidays. PMI is getting real complicated to me. I think I am trying to learn too much and not doing the action while I learn. I've been real sick lately and hope to continue to find buyers. not easy though.
