lost and lonely

approaching my 4th week learning and trying to do .Well the realtor I have is not worth a dime
not getting any response from my ads
no bandit sign call and some are removed

I am feeling lost really lost and lonely
Have the buyers but no homes

Have you done your Driving For Dollars? Go out and drive up any down every single street in your target zone and make a list of empty boarded up homes (there are a LOT of them up there). Find out who the owner is and write a letter telling them you are a cash buyer and want to buy their house.

Believe me, we all go through the lost and lonely and frustrated times. Just don't give up.
