For many years I have had the American Dream pay off in my head "if I only can."
When I came here in 92 I had bags of cash and a successful business. Now 20 year later I am broke married and have 2 wonderful kids. We live on the poverty line and I am done........
I have decided to get up and get going once and for all.
I make myself and the world this promise that I will not stop until I make a million again and again and again...
I have given other dominion over my life and hoped and
prayed that they would get it together but It does not work So I am now STARTING OVER...

Day one:
I have gone through as much as I can on the 2 sites today also filling out my fast start form.
I will be starting on the new book tomorrow and whatever else I can read up on Setting Goals as well.
This is my new life

DAY 2
I have just gotten through chapter 5 of Deans book "Totally fulfilled" and listened to 5 videos on youtube, Read some forum entries.
I am so ready for this venture
I will be setting my goals
getting some ads going
and listen fast start audio 1,2,3,4,5,6 again.
I will succeed in this real estate venture
I am grateful that I have this opportunity, now!

I have a realtor that send me active 90+listings but had no owners names with it so I asked him to do it again,
I will drive the streets again today to look at the expired listings and leave letters
also have some expires that I will drive by today also call on rentals today

Day 3:
Seeing that it was long weekend I was driving the area where I live Just to see more or less what I would expect this week I was amazed Sooo.
DAY4:
I have started placing more free ads where I could
Found 2 realtors that said they would help( watching)
Read more on the forum
Started looking at FSBO sites
Wondering about POF and VOD letters seeing that I did not sign up for the the Acadamy and have no credit and no money(Will have to ask)
Maybe will looking at assigning a few deals first
Goal this week is to put one house under contract.
Still have to cruch some numbers now

Thank you sooo much for the comment I just love all of you here great enviroment to start off in.
Found 2 realtors from my searches on the fsbo sites and mls
Now the end of my day I have drove my an area and have found about 20 homes that seems to be empty or a forclosure house no fsbo a few rentals (have not taken those numbers now) will look them up tonight I pray that at least one will be there for me
I have not found any properties of my own but got 2 new realtors that said they would contact me back and understand what I am trying to do.
So far so good. looking for the listings once I get that I will be asking for expired listings and 90 day lists
Waiting for 2 owners to contact me back have to contact 1 new buyer and waiting for more realtor also

tomorrow:
I will learn how to do a deal assignment and lease option
and then looking for fsbo and see what I can grub up
i will listen to conferance calls
I will have a contract closed this week

DAY 7
Yesterday I made contact with the properties that was sent to me by 3 different realtor one realtor send me junk the other two,well out of 12 properties I found 2 one that I was really interested already has 25 cash offers on and the otherone was totally gutted out everything stripped by vandilism that was sad (I do not see chance for that now)
So the rental properties I found none the driving through found boarded properties which was not for sale and then also found a few reo which I will work on today.
