Letting seller know your intentions

1st. After finding property and contacting seller to gather information about property.

2nd Doing analysis on property

My question; When is the time to talk about your intentions?

Could someone give me some advice. I have posted on my blog a couple of other questions but have not received any response.

If you want to be percieved as a credible REI you must be upfront and honest with the seller. Bad news travels fast and your short lived reputation will sink fast.
There is nothing wrong with telling the seller that you plan on making a profit from this assignment. If the seller has a problem with the deal try to explain in terms they will understand. Honesty is always the best policy...Jan
