I don't know if that's a good title or not. I may have to give myself a few free days on my 60 days to real estate profits. (yeah the book says 30 but I knew I would be out of town for at least 1/2 of the time).
My mom twisted her back and they took her from the hospital to one of those Convalescent homes because she couldn't get out of bed ( the pain was too great) but she had no broken bones. I had to stay there until 10:30PM waiting for the DR who would not release her to us to take her home. After I talked to him, we got her home and she is doing much better and now I can get back to work. I have worked out my phone script. If you have problems opening that .doc with Word 2003 just change the extention to .docx and you will be able to open it without problems.
So no more excuses for not posting daily (I hope) and on to find a Realtor!!

No more excuses. I wish I could still say that. 3 weeks ago my mom had to go to the hospital and the first week I wasn't traveling so I was visiting her and figuring out what arrangements I would need to make. The last 11 days I have been taking care of her here at home, she needs a lot more help than I expected. It sounds to me like another excuse. As I look back I say to myself "what, you couldn't make time to call at least one R.E. agent a day, you couldn't post on the site?" but I didn't, and it's no use wasting time on what I didn't do. It's time to loose the fear and make that call tomorrow. I should do it now but it is 9:30 PM and that may be a little too late. The night before last I was up until 3:45 AM working on another job application. If I can find the time to do that, I should be able to make time to build my future! More on that tomorrow!
