My San Fernando Valley product.

When I broke my leg I thought there was nothing I could do. But after Dean's Weekly wisdom today I started thinking of all the things I could do and I as started to think about it I thought maybe I could work on starting a REI club in the San Fernando Valley. Is anyone willing to help me?

I am trying to find some REI clubs in the San Fernando Valley. but have had no luck. I had given up on REI clubs but after today's Weekly Wisdom I thought about starting an REI club maybe in Northridage where I have a friend I can ask if we could use the restaurant on an night they are not busy. Or a friend with a house where we could use their living room for our meetings.

How would we start it? I am thinking

1.) Get the investors. And Play some of Dean's books on cd until I could get some speakers. At least introduce them to Dean and what he can do to help them in this market.

2.) Get speakers but who? Housing Department to teach California Law, maybe some real estate attorneys. Get some one from the Apartment Association, maybe a councilmen? Does anyone have any ideas how to start an REI club in the San Fernando Valley? Is anyone willing to help me work on this?

The investors I have spoken to on the street are discouraged and if we could get them plugged into Dean and his products maybe we could bring them hope and get them started up again and then those of us who do not have money we could do the leg work for the investors who do not have the time to do leg work for themselves. I know together as a DG team we can make this happen.

Not only helping ourselves but helping the one God put in our lives, Dean Graziosi to help us, maybe by bringing Deans products into our REI club we start together as the California DGteam we can help Dean in return as a BIG THANK YOU!! to him by introducing his products to those who might not even know who he is. Maybe we can do the 25-1 with the real estate agents and we can have them available for our RIE club members once we get it going.

As I have looked for good Real Estate Agents many of them have no idea of who Dean Grazisoi is. I was surprised to find that out but it is true. I want to start an REI club in the Valley where we can help ourselves and at the same time introduce Dean Grazisoi to the investors and Real Estate agents that would qualify as a 25-1 realtor. Is there anyone willing to help me with this? Not that Dean needs any help from us but by introducing people to Dean In our REI club we can help him to grow his business. That is one way we can give back to Dean what he has given to us.

What do we need? Who do I invite for guess speakers? How do we find the investors who have given up hope? and investors in the market. Is the best way to meet investors at a court house auction?

Please help me as I need to make some money fast and was unable to go to Deans seminar in California because of my broken leg. So I was not able to get a copy of the making money in 30 days and do not have the 20.00 right now to buy the book. So I am trying to think out side of the box with what Knowledge I do have from three other books I do have
