First a little brake down about me...
I am a soldier deployed and working with what I have learned from Dean books , Academy, and blogs....so now, I am setting up the items needed to start Assignment of contract deals; such as:
*24/7 Voice Message system (to locate agents and brokers)
*Email address to corresspond to services request
*Still working on free web presents (total free)
My issue is security for myself and my fellow man(women) I have a lot of motivated buyers who desire a home or some type of proper ie. Some desire to us VA loan some have cash.
** I have 4 soldiers who desire to purchases homes in different state due to ETS or PCS.
However I am a bit nervous due to the facts that I am unable to physically see each individual home I may wish to assign however I do believe that I can still complete deals.

I was just told of a couple of 1st SGT who do the same thing but with duplexs!
I am seeking now good agents and brokers that will be able to handle my customers request for now.

Assignments are easy. You find deals and get them under contract allowing a profit margin for your fee, repairs and profit for your investor/buyer. Contract with the seller and use the assignment contract to buyer.

Thank you for your comment,"Assignment are easy". I am starting this mission a bit blinded because I am unable to physically see each property which make me nervous. However, I have set up 24/7 voice messaging system and a email page. I plan to send out my emails by Friday for agents and brokers. While creating online ads. Great communicating is key and I want to do well at this point toooo.
