I was reading the blog about quitting your job to go full time in RE.I am doing the same thing I am moving from California to North Carolina to pursue my dream. I am already fixing and flipping there, and I am now working on buyers for wholesale deals there.I am blessed to have a home that has equity and 2 years reserves in the bank.But even with that it is still a very scary endeavor.I truly believe that necessity will help drive me to be successful.It will be nice to have more than one season. Best of luck to all.Just remember any thing is possible if you want it bad enough.
