If you don't have funds for your EM, and you have a great deal, post it here. There are people that would gladly put up the EM for a fee, and even though you may think it's a large fee, just think that you will make more $ from getting a deal, than not getting a deal at all...
I have been on both sides of the table on this one... Well worth it!
