Hello this blog should be used just for Questions and Answers.
Each question should start with the category first:

Example 1:
Q:Formula: "Enter the question"....

Example 2:
Q:Buyers List: "Enter question?"...Got It? Cool Cool

Next, each answer should read like this:

A:Formula: "re-enter question?":"start your answer.....

Example of process:

Q:Formula: "What formula do you use for.....?

copy and paste (change "Q to A")
A:Formula: "What formula do you use for.....?": Here's the formula that I.......

It's according to where you are in the process. Rule of thumb, you should have a Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Attorney and/or a Title Company, and BUYERS to get the ball rolling.

funding deal with opm/renegotiating a deal

i am new in this business. i have just put together my first deal and needs funding. a private money lender is willing to give me bridge loan for the property. but no bank accepts to give mortgage on the difference as they claim i have no commitment in the deal. also, the question was asked, who of the 2 money lenders occupy the first position place in the mortgage? what do i do for the deal to come to pass?
in addition, if a deal turns out to be on the high side, how can one renegotiate to bring down the purchase price?
