I am atempting my first deal.I already have a buyer in place but I do not want the buyer to know what my contract price is.I am trying to hand this deal to my buyer and make some profit in the middle.Is there a way i can complete this without them knowing what my price is????????Please somebody help

are assigning your contract, they will need to see your contract before they buy. However, if you are doing a double close (whereby you are buying and closing from A and then selling and closing to C), there is no reason why your buyer should see your price. It all has to do with the way you are connecting the dots.
