well, it happened yet again. I have no idea whay I cannot get a RealEstate Agent to send me anything or meet me. I don't think I was meant to do this. I have been trying for 4 months to get anyone to work with me. i will give this last agent until tomorrow then i give up. maybe i will try just looking at houses by myself and if I see something i will contact their agent. i know it takes me longer to do anything because i am always tried. When your day starts a 2:30 am and the meds make you tired, So when i do get the energy no one will work with me.. I guess i will see waht happens tomorrow. I need rest.

DON'T GIVE UP
Hi! I only recently started getting into the real investment business through this site and by following Mr Graziosi's advice in his books, although I have been in the real estate business for 25 years now. I sense your discouragement and want to urge you to not give up. Even though I have not tasted financial success with Dean's help and techniques yet, I have started to see how it is all leading to that one place where I know this is going to work. I have found 2 realtors within a week who are willing to work with me. They don't know each other, yet both of them stated that their main reason for wanting to work with me, is due to my positive attitude and the passion I am showing for the real estate industry. On the other hand, finding these individuals was not not so simple. I found I had to do some sifting of my own - by cutting out the :"O, that will never work here" type of realtors, by rather seeking out those who are new to the industry, who are open minded to trying new things AND most importantly, individuals who can see ME as someone who can help THEM achieve THEIR financial goals! A fantastic team can be formulated this way, but you need to be in control right from the beginning. Don't give up - this business is too amazing and too rewarding to walk away from. Remember, all too often in the past, travelers would turn back when they could not see through the clouds, only to realize that they were only a mile away from the shoreline of opportunity and success when they eventually did turn around. You have come this far, you have taken a step of faith where others, who are to scared to leave the comfort of the shoreline back home, are thinking you are crazy - yet you have started this journey. Keep going - you don't realize how close you are to your success yet. You can do it!
