confused

Ok. I went to a conpedators seminar last weekend. The same thing Dean teaches was also the same thing the conpeditor teaches. although I had the oppertunity to accualy continue face to face training with him. I houever did not go due to I work for a bank and I cannot bid on homes that are owned by 3 major banks. It would be considered insider information, even though I work in credit card fraud not mortgage. That is my main dilema and is what is holding me back from jumping in. But I have learned one important thing. I NEED FACE TO FACE TRAINING. I still wish I would have signed up for that 3 day class. If Dean would offer that in my area I would not hesitate to spend $3000.00 to learn from the best. The compeditor deals mostly with flips.

Well i finally found a RealEstate agent who is going to work with me. yeah!! I currently own a house and i am renting it, so I do know alittle about this issue. I am in Arizona, and I am only receiving homes that have swimming pools. My issue; are investors interested in houses with pools, because it does increase the insureane as far as liability goies. If these investors buy houses with pools, I can get started tomorrow looking at them. I will do more reading on the forums and hopefully I can find an answer.

well, it happened yet again. I have no idea whay I cannot get a RealEstate Agent to send me anything or meet me. I don't think I was meant to do this. I have been trying for 4 months to get anyone to work with me. i will give this last agent until tomorrow then i give up. maybe i will try just looking at houses by myself and if I see something i will contact their agent. i know it takes me longer to do anything because i am always tried. When your day starts a 2:30 am and the meds make you tired, So when i do get the energy no one will work with me.. I guess i will see waht happens tomorrow. I need rest.
