i honestly thought no one would read what i right. After receiving the e-mail from customer service regarding the DVD 3 and 4 that did not play on my laptop, I did call the customer service departiment. i too work in a call center and after being on hold for 5 minutes i tried my desk top computer to play the DVD's of course it did not work so I went onto my tv DVD player and it worked i only had half the heads but it played. i will watch the 4th DVD tomorrow. thank you customer service for your assistance. I did take some advice from the DVD 1 and 2 and I went to google.com and got a free phone number. don't know what to leave as a message but I am sure I will figure something out. What i do find a little confusing is in the 30 day quick cash it states to first find a real estate agent but Deans list has you looking for a buyers list..
So again thank you customer service for noticing what I had written before.
