Wow, Where did the year go? This week we got an offer accepted on another bank property. I think I am going to try my first Wholesale deal.I looked at half dozen properties this week and am putting more offers in tomorrow . If anyone needs help please P.M. me. I want to help others!

Leilani, Better late than never... I did not know people can reply to my blog post,I am going to have to type that a few times lol. I have several agents I work with. We have done many,many deals. I was actually last years winner of the send me away contest . Looking foreword to going to the EDGE event this year. I have met so many nice people at last years event and cant wait for this year's. If you can make it this is a MUST do event. Have you done many deals?
