and even if they initially say they're Investor Friendly no-one wants to work with me.

Til now,

I remembered a young Realtor being at an Investor meeting I attend annually (Peter Conti's - Commercial Summit). Anyway, I looked & found the gentleman's biz card in the stack (stack of potential buyers, co-wholesalers, equity partners, etc..., not competition). ....Heck, I needed these biz cards in book anyway.....and anyway.....

He remembered the summit was last September.....I built some rapport......told him What I wanted to do (get in get out and would do everything as a double close even when I wholesale or flip and move onto another)and without hesitation I continued by saying that I liked his website and found several properties I was already interested in.....and in fact, I had 22 separate browsers open as we spoke....spread out over my duel monitors.

He asked me if their where any that stuck out in particular .....and sure enough, I said I think I found just the one that really fit my criteria for making an offer (a gold mine).

So tomorrow, we meet at the property.

Man....I don't even think I have a connection to Mat Larson but I think his method is for me. oh man....now I gotta listen to him, re-listen and listen again and I got to (have to) do whatever he says....reminds me of a boss......LOL lol Smiling (Mat....if you ever read this, my life has had a good 15 years of sheet metal and Machine Shop in it....I know).

I like Greg Murphey's method as well so I'm always looking for the FSBO...(and and and and (yes....all their names go here; everyone else I've seen on the Edge)and and and and.

Oh Man...the sign police nabbed most of signs....but that's good....now I get to do the right ones the right way (as Mat details is best)and yes ...put them out on Fridays and Pick-em' up before Monday morning......I know, I know!
