an x-mortgage broker (national Residential and Commercial
Financing etc....) Specializing in investment properties....
As well as being a VA Home Loan Specialist, and having done
my share of the rest (SISA/NINA,Fix-N-Flip, HD$,
conventional, raw land, agri..etc...(no arm's !!!)
and rounded in similar standard...."Commercial Financing"
(Construction, Permanent, Multifamily, Retail, etc.)
also a loan processor for all above and
Commercial pre-Underwriter.
Also...an x......yet continuous sideline as
computer mobile tech.:
(Network and system backups, repair,and upgrades...since 80's,
with much online marketing, & web-hosting).
Just a little geekish...know enough to be dangerous!!!

I've thought like my generations before me....who is an
investor and many family generations prior.......who buys a
prime piece of land in the path of development and pass it
on to your grandchildren in 50 years and make their lives
happy.
I'm so glad to be connected here, and I have been blessed
with contacts from the mortgage business including others
in the financial industry (mortgage brokers, REI's & REA's,
Title, plus established resources....bla....bla......and
I'm still nervous and a bit shy and self conscious most of
the time.
I should also say that I don't think anyone can really
appreciate the "Total View" real estate research and
marketing webpage for property comps unless they've
utilized those sites and more to gather info and then
try to compile it, organize it, and digest the material
to evaluate a property.
It's all here on one page for everyone here. Dean is awesome
and so are the "pro"gramers that put all this together WOW!
