Picked up The Rock Bottom Blueprint Late Yesterday...

I need to make this work for me. I'm investing money I just cant afford to spend. Failure is not an option. I have read 2 of Dean's books, listened to Gain the edge 2009 and 2010, & I just can't seem to get into gear. Why?.. I did some Bandit signs a few months ago, and there seemed to be a FLOOD of cash for your home signs everywhere. Now you cant even find 1 or 2 in my area. Is this Good news? OK
I'm going to get started with 30 Days to Quick Cash.

I had the same experience a while back in my area with bandit signs.

I put out 100's but I got zero calls from sellers (only buyers wondering where all the deals were).

After my signs were up I noticed a few other investors started putting theirs up as well.

After a while, all their signs were gone.

I would think if you saw a ton of different investors putting signs up, then they weren't anymore, it would seem to say there results weren't that great.

Although, they might have just been new investors that didn't keep it up (hard to know).

One way to check about your area/farm is to look up all the cash bought properties for the last 60-90 days & see how many there were & where they bought.

Then you can target all your marketing to those hot spots & offer those deals to those cash buyers.

I think you're right about the new investors part. The funny thing is that it has disappeared in the whole area. I work in the field and keep my eye out for these signs and just don't see any, and believe me I look for them. Maybe I should take advantage of this quiet time out there and post some unique ads.
