FIRST Deal Done!!

So excited to finally have the first deal done!! Thank you Dean for all the education, wisdom and encouragement. Thanks to Matt Larson as well. Amazing wholesale deal netting $30K ... dream come true. I know they all won't be this easy to get, but results build confidence. Taking action is the key. Appreciate the support and never ending encouragement from Dean!!

Eddie, I notice you joined DG Family 2/2008 on and off, But, FINALLY got the 1st Deal!!

I enjoy the greens (not so much sandtraps)and you can meet some really good ppl, whether in REI or Want to be in REI.
