DG family, i really need some help

I know i have to build a buyers list and I'm working on it. But my question is, what are the steps to bird dogging? I don't have to money to join the acadamy and I really need help. If someone can just help me step by step that would be awesome! Thanks so much for reading Smiling

google rei clubs in your area, and join one. Look for experienced investors there and ask them if you can birddog for them; when they say 'yes', then you ask them if they can show you what they are looking for; they will be happy to mentor you.
