OK, SO... Where was I? Oh yeah,..
I gave it my best shot, submitted 55+ offers, had nothing accepted but one short sale that was getting sort of accepted, except the bank kept d*cking around and wanting to "Re-evaluate" the property, then the bank closed, and the property got bounced to ANOTHER bank, and they wanted to go over ALL the info again... After 6 months waiting on them, I finally contacted the seller and said "Later"... so- essentially, nothing, zip, zilch, bupkus for my hard work. Felt like a failure, had run out of living money, got moved/"rescued" by my parents to a town that fits every definition of "B.F.No-Where" in south-eastern AZ. That lasted 6 months before the tensions between me and parents blew-up in an ugly fashion, and I left as fast as the rental moving van could peel out. I am currently living on the charity of a friend and his couch while I try to figure out WTH...
THAT all condensed and said, I am back. AND I will be trying again, from a different direction.
And I have a question. Would any of you be even remotely interested in having a Real Estate salesperson who is more than willing to help you, won't tell you "That's illegal/impossible/can't be done," , has some familiarity with Dean's system and the 25/1 process, and wants to make money with you?
Yes, I am currently looking into taking the required classes for the California Real Estate salesperson test, and getting my license. I am recycling aluminum cans to get the money together for this, (donations happily accepted as well!) - and want to know that there is someone out there who would be interested in working with me.
I have heard so many stories of folks who went out to find a RE agent, only to have the REA's say "Can't be done, that's illegal" or some other balderdash, and I figure that it's a niche that needs to be filled.
So, what are Y'all's thoughts?
